As co-founder and head of operations, Robbie is the backbone of efficiency and execution. His strategic mindset and hands-on approach ensure that every aspect of operations runs smoothly. With a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to excellence, Robbie thrives in keeping things organized and moving forward.
Above all, Robbie is a family-first guy, drawing inspiration from his wife, Sarah, and their daughter, Colette. Their love and support fuel his motivation, both professionally and personally. When he finds time, Robbie enjoys hitting the golf course, growing food in the garden, and reading.
As co-founder and head of relations, Erik is a driving force behind building strong connections and fostering meaningful partnerships. His ability to navigate relationships with professionalism and authenticity has been instrumental in the growth of Buffalogo.
At the core of his motivation is his family — his wife, Gina, and their two children, Brayden and Amelia. A devoted family man, Erik finds inspiration in their love and support, fueling his drive for both personal and professional success. Erik is an avid golfer and an exceptional bowler, having rolled more 300’s than he can remember.
Alex is a seasoned production manager with extensive expertise in screen printing. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, he has built a reputation for streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring top-tier production standards.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Alex is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Whether kayaking through scenic waterways, carving down snow-covered slopes on his snowboard, or challenging himself on the golf course, he thrives on adventure and competition. When he’s not embracing the great outdoors, he indulges in his passion for LEGO, continuously expanding his impressive collection.
Matt is a dedicated project manager known for his collaborative approach and commitment to client success. With a talent for guiding projects from inception to completion, he works closely with clients of all types, ensuring a seamless process and top-tier results. His attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills make him a trusted partner in any project.
Outside of work, Matt’s greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife Laura and two sons, Rafael and Leo. A lifelong musician, Matt is also a passionate bass guitarist who finds creativity and expression through music. When he can carve out a rare moment of downtime, he loves diving into a good book or movie.
